Nkosilathi Ncube has 29 years experience in the planning, design and construction of civil related projects with more than 15years in managerial position . His focus area is planning, design and management of new, upgrading and rehabilitation of roads projects.

Mzobanzi Masuku has 16 years experience in the planning, design and construction of civil related projects including bulk services, township infrastructure and the provision of low cost and middle income housing. For the past 12 years he has been involved mainly in the planning, design and management of new, upgrading and rehabilitation of roads projects. He often works in multi-disciplinary teams and manages projects from inception to completion.
